What is Value and Why Is It Important?

Value looks at why we are doing something. Remember in this environment, we are dealing with complex problems, and are using Scrum to deal with it so that we can deliver value. So if you do not fundamentally understand value, and how it’s relevant to your business, how it functions and how it all comes together, then you need to learn about it.  

Without an understanding of Value and why it’s so important and how to deliver it, it really doesn’t matter what you are doing. Because chances are you are not doing the right stuff anyway. You have to deliver Value, so that you can deliver more of it.
