What’s your Favourite Part of Delivering the PSM Course?
When teaching and delivering the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course, my favourite part throughout the course is watching people leave the course completely transformed in terms of what they thought Scrum was all about when they first started.
This happens simply because as they go through the course, they start to see all the different pieces that come together and start to realise how intricate and thoughtful the entire process of Scrum actually is.
They start to see that what they initially thought of Scrum, is now completely transformed, and most importantly how important discipline, originality, and collaboration actually are if you want to be successful in Scrum.
I also think that what people find most interesting in the PSM course is its emphasis on humaneness and person-centeredness. Because even though the PSM course and Scrum itself is designed to boost productivity and work processes, it is also designed to enable people to succeed and deliver the best value to their team and the organisation as a whole.
