With my extensive experience as a practitioner and professional trainer, I am now offering 2-3 days per week of consulting for your team or business. Our service is designed to improve your value flow, remove organizational sticking points, provide coaching, and set you up for success even after our engagement is over.

Our flexible service can be purchased in blocks and used ad-hoc within six months of purchase, allowing you to tailor our expertise to your specific needs. How does it Work?
  • We have a free consultation session where we discuss your needs, and how we can help.
  • Once aligned, we create an Engagement Agreement that covers the terms of the engagement, as well as a Backlog that our team will work on throughout our together.
  • Once the work begins, we will use our world class skillset to deliver what's been agreed. This can of course, in true agile fashion, be negotiated at any point.
  • For engagements that span over the minimum three week period, we'll conduct regular check-ins every 2-3 weeks (based on preference) to review the results of the consultation so far. Giving you the opportunity to request changes, extensions, or even early terminations if you're already satisfied!
  • The engagement finishes with a final check-in to ensure we're leaving you in the best position possible to succeed!
  • And if you just can't get enough, you can always extend our time together!
